I thought I needed a few extra things done during my appointment - Kristy was totally honest with me and told me those extra things had already been done during a previous appointment. The service staff don't push me to get something done (I appreciate that very much) - anytime there is something I need done for my vehicle, they tell me what needs to be done right away and what can wait. ”

Went to 3 other car dealerships before this one and not one person came to us and after 10mins we walked out of them all but not at Northside Mitsubishi.
