“ Sharing our story - my husband and I went into the dealership to look at the new 2025 Outlander Phevs. Mike told us that they didn't have them in yet, but we got talking about the car we bought in April 2024 from a dealership in south Edmonton. I wanted to know how to activate the lane departure and those type of safety features. (When we bought the car from the dealership in south Edmonton, and while we were on the test drive, the saleswoman told me that they were very subtle and did not always come on depending on the road. We though we just didn'tknow how to use them.) We are seniors so very concerned about about having help with safety. Anyway, Mike took the car out for a test drive, then called in the service manager, who then took it for a test drive. The service manager asked us to book it in to have the system fixed because the safety system was not working and he did not know why. Part of the system worked but not all of it. Anyway, Kristy set us up with an appointment, and the car was in for a day and a half. After doing a lot of diagnostic testing, they found that the windshield had been replaced. Apparently there are a lot connections embedded in the bump where the auto-darkening of the rearview mirror is which are affected by the windshield replacement. These heros diagnosed the issue and we finally have lane departure warnings on our car! And there was no charge to us! Thank you! To the team at Northtown. They are the dealership for us and we will never go back to that Southside dealership ever again. Since then, we have come back for all servicing on this car. We love the car, love the service that we get from the service department and cannot say enough about the kind, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly service we get from Kristy in the service department.
