“ I just need to publicly thank the incredible team over at Northside Mitsubishi off the Yellowhead. ​My husband and me were out riding our motorcycles when that absolute monster of a storm hit: torrential downpour and brutal, howling winds. We got stranded right as we were coming off the Yellowhead Trail, and it was genuinely terrifying. I’m a 150lb woman trying to wrestle a 400cc bike in winds so intense I could barely hold the thing upright. ​We saw the dealership lights on and saw some employees standing inside, so we basically ran for the doors. Even though they were closed, they didn’t hesitate for a second. They unlocked the doors and welcomed us into a safe haven. ​I was soaked completely to the bone, literally leaving puddles of water all over their floor, but they couldn't have been kinder. They offered us hot drinks, a place to sit, and showed us some serious hospitality. ​If I actually had a driver's license and the cold hard cash right now, I would buy a vehicle from them in a heartbeat! ​Seriously, your hospitality is a solid five stars. Thank you again to the staff working that shift you went above and beyond for a couple of stranded riders, and we appreciate you so much. Take good care! ”

“ I went in for an out of province vehicle inspection. The staff were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Communication was great!. I chose to wait instead of using there pickup and drop off service. Waiting room was comfortable, and had free Starbucks coffee which was a nice complimentary to the service. There is also a vending machine and are opened on Saturdays for service. Overall, I did not get a don't care attitude like other businesses, I felt like I was treated as an important part of their business, not just a number or someone next in line. If I can pick at one thing, it would be the TV in the waiting room was not on. ”
