As I worked my way up through the various positions of a dealership I was also able to understand that there is no such thing as “unimportant” position. Without everyone working as a unified team it is very hard for a dealership to become successful. Now I have the ability and experience to ensure that our customers and our staff are able to experience what I believe to be a very comfortable experience in a dealership.
